Refund policy
Return is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of an exchange, replacement or refund is offered to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer to the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below

If the product received is damaged, soiled or has manufacturing defects, the same should be notified to our support team with a clear image of the damage via email/WhatsApp within the mentioned time(find the table below) after the package is delivered. After inspection, our team will provide the address to which it has to be returned. When the product is delivered back to us we stringently inspect whether the same has reached us in the same condition as we have delivered it to you. Used and damaged products by worn or wrongly folded or dirt by visibly imposed products will not qualify for a refund. Products including Sarees and Dhotis if worn once or even tried on once do not qualify for a return or refund. All items should be returned to us with the tags and printed documents that accompany your purchase. The courier charges the customer incurs to send the damaged product back to us will be reimbursed within 5-7 business days.
